about
-
my approach is simple, but intentional.
i don’t teach yoga as performance. i create experiences of presence.
through movement, breath and awareness, practice becomes a space to slow down, reconnect and return.
i offer guidance, not pressure. structure, but not rigidity.
an invitation to move, feel and listen in a way that feels true to you.
-
presence. creating space to truly arrive in the moment.
connection. to ourselves, to others and to nature.
simplicity. less noise. more awareness.
authenticity. meeting yourself as you are.
exploration. staying curious, open and ever evolving.

yoga has been part of my life for over a decade. in the beginning primarily as a physical practice and gradually unfolding into a deeper path of awareness, presence and exploration.
in 2025, i completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with sanapurna zurich, followed by a 60-hour yoga nidra training in spring 2026. i am currently continuing my studies through sanapurna’s 300-hour advanced teacher training, deepening both my personal practice and my teaching approach.
shortly after completing my 200-hour training, I felt naturally drawn to begin sharing this practice with others.
through this journey, i discovered sportegration, a community whose philosophy resonates deeply with me. using movement to create connection across cultures and backgrounds reminded me how universal and human this practice truly is.
teaching within such diverse group continues to keep me humble, grounded and deeply grateful. it constantly shapes the way i guide, hold space and connect with others.
today, i create experiences that invite a return to presence, connection and the harmony between body, mind and nature.
-
i didn’t start with yoga.
my background is rooted in structured, fast-paced business environments, where movement forward was constant.
over time, i felt a growing need to slow down and reconnect, not only mentally, but physically and emotionally.
yoga began as a personal practice and gradually became a way of returning.
alongside this, travel has always shaped me deeply. exploring different places, cultures and rhythms of life has shown me how much our surroundings influence the way we breathe, move, connect and experience the world.
through these journeys, i learned that presence changes everything.
bali became one of the places that brought me back to myself most profoundly. a place where life softens, breath deepens, and connection feels more natural again.
beyond yoga, movement continues to be an essential part of my life, whether through running, swimming, surfing or cross-country skiing.
i’m equally inspired by simple rituals of connection: conversations with strangers while travelling, time in nature, or sharing coffee in different corners of the world.
coffee, much like movement, has become a reminder of how small moments can bring people together across cultures, languages and places.
these experiences continue to shape the way i move through the world — with more presence, curiosity and connection.

tri.sama grew from a journey of slowing down, reconnecting and returning.
inspired by the harmony between body, mind and nature, it reflects a more intentional and present way of moving through life.
influenced by bali and indonesia, “sama” speaks to togetherness and balance, while “tri” represents the connection between body, mind and nature.
a space for movement.
presence.
connection.
and return.
follow my journey.
