terms and conditions

1. scope
these terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and to all yoga classes, workshops, events, and related services offered by tri.sama.

2. booking and contract formation
a booking becomes binding once we confirm it by email or another written confirmation. availability may be limited. we reserve the right to refuse a booking for reasonable cause.

3. prices and payment
the prices shown at the time of booking apply. payment is due according to the terms stated at the time of booking. we may offer online payment in the future, and when used, the relevant payment terms and provider conditions will apply.

4. cancellation by participant
cancellations must be made in writing by email. for each event, the applicable cancellation rules (deadlines, refunds, or fees) will be communicated at the time of booking or on the event page. where stated, participants may transfer their place to another person with prior notice and our approval.

5. cancellation or changes by us
we may cancel, postpone, or change an event if necessary, for example due to insufficient registrations, illness, safety concerns, venue issues, or weather conditions.
for outdoor classes, events are held weather‑permitting. if the weather is unsafe or heavily affects the event (for example continuous heavy rain, strong wind, or similar), we may cancel or reschedule the class at our discretion. if we cancel an event, fees already paid will be refunded. further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. health and participation
participation in yoga classes, workshops, and events is at the participant’s own risk. participants are responsible for informing us in advance of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect participation. our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. liability for injuries and damages
we accept no liability for bodily injuries, personal damages, or loss of personal belongings that occur during or in connection with classes, workshops, or events, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct. each participant is responsible for their own physical safety and may wish to obtain appropriate personal insurance.

8. photos and media
photos or video recordings may be taken during classes or events. we may use such material for documentation, communication, or marketing purposes, unless a participant objects where required or unless separate consent is needed.

9. intellectual property
all texts, materials, and content provided during classes or workshops remain our property or the property of the respective rights holders. they may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without permission.

10. applicable law and jurisdiction
swiss law applies. subject to mandatory legal provisions, the place of jurisdiction is zurich, switzerland.

11. changes to these terms
we may update these terms and conditions from time to time. the version published on the website at the time of booking applies.
